What do new WPI faculty need the most?

A few weeks ago, we in the TTL team met with WPI’s newest faculty members, and the excitement was palpable.  I shared some of the FAQ’s from that session here.  As we prepare to support these folks throughout their (hopefully very long) careers at WPI, I am wondering what your thoughts are about the things that WPI faculty most need from us here in the ATC.  We are so lucky that WPI’s Morgan Center provides amazing teaching and scholarship resources, and want to be sure that we are also doing our part.  Although we frequently find ourselves answering questions about specific technology tools, what we love the most is helping to find and implement the technology that addresses specific teaching challenges that our community members face.  We would love to hear from all of our readers on this topic!  Students, are there teaching and/or technology tools that you wish your faculty knew more about?  To our more senior faculty readers, what do you most wish you could go back in time and tell your first-year self?  Are there time-saving tips or engaging teaching tools that you wish you had known earlier?  And to our readers from non-WPI locations, we welcome your input too!  Please comment below.  Many thanks in advance!
