Personal Reflections
Throughout our project male and female team-members had different experiences due to different cultural standards. The following are anonymous female and male team member reflections of their experience working in Monwabisi Park.
Our team learned a lot during our time working on the B-Section Hall. We had to overcome many obstacles and faced many changes throughout the design and construction phases of this system. Learning how to accommodate stakeholder input and dealing with onsite changes was needed to ensure the success of this project.
