Our project began in September, as we worked for two months developing background understanding of topics that would be important as we pursued our goal of supporting entrepreneurs to create a sustainable method to effectively sell energy efficient products to low income communities. We were able to utilize this knowledge when we arrived in Africa. Act 1 records the first phase of our project in Cape Town: connecting. There is a focus on forming connections and gaining the insights of many people including our sponsors and several partners.
