This is just a friendly reminder that the Team Registration deadline is 7-JAN-2013. We must receive your signed team agreements and payments by this time.
I will be out of the office (since our campus is closed) from 21-Dec through 2-Jan. During this time, I will read and respond to emails, but the creation of team agreements for new registrants may be slowed. I will do my best to generate one for you in a timely manner. Also, since campus is closed, any documents mailed during this time likely will be received in our office on 3-Jan.
Once we receive a signed copy of your agreement, we will send you payment information. If you wait until the last minute to send in your registration, I suggest you scan a copy or provide some other proof of mailing to email@example.com and I will forward you the payment information so you can ensure it is completely in a timely fashion.
Please also remember that your Initial Proposal is due (via email) on 7-Jan as well. Details can be found on the Critical Deadlines page.
All competing teams must complete a Monthly Reporting Form on the 4th of each month. Team who just registered or are registering on the deadline must complete a form for January and every month through the challenge to remain an official competitor.
