The provider of the Hoover’s Academic database has changed the URL that we use to access Hoover’s. The change came with very little warning, and as a result the library has not updated all of its web page links to Hoover’s. The new URL is http://ezproxy.wpi.edu/login?url=http://www.mergentonline.com/hoovers. Off campus users will be prompted to enter their WPI user name and password on the CCC Login page before the above URL will open.  If you have accessed Hoover’s in the past, you may need to clear your browser’s cache before the new URL will work. Once you have done that, just click on the new URL above, and click the Continue button. You should see the Hoover’s main search page next.
