American Antiquarian Society: Highlights & Tour

Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m.

American Antiquarian Society, 185 Salisbury St., Worcester

Visit the American Antiquarian Society, a national landmark just across the street from WPI. Thomas Knoles, Marcus A. McCorison Librarian at AAS  will lead us on a tour of their vast collections which include books, pamphlets, newspapers, periodicals, broadsides, manuscripts, music, graphic arts, and local histories ranging from the colonial era through the Civil War and Reconstruction.

Curbside parking is available on Regent Street. NOTE: Guests must check all belongings such as bags, purses, backpacks, etc. in the AAS lockers which are secured and monitored by an attendant.
