ACRC and CHTE Welcome New Industrial Members

Deformation Control Technology, GKN Sinter Metals, Oshkosh, Los Alamos National Lab, and Thermo-Calc were welcomed by Diran Apelian, MPI Director, into the Advanced Casting and Research Center (ACRC) and the Center for Heat Treating Excellence (CHTE) at their semi-annual meetings on June 25-26 at WPI. With the addition of these companies, ACRC and CHTE continue to expand their breadth and gain industry expertise in the casting and heat treating industries and markets. ACRC and CHTE members select and provide guidance on student research and projects that will be used to improve and address problems currently facing the industry.
