kanan_photoKanan Alhassani is an international industry expert in Program and Project Management and an executive management consultant offering program management consulting, education, and training services to a variety of industries. His work enables companies to improve their organizational effectiveness by integrating proven Program and Project Management methodologies within their strategic product / system development life cycle processes to achieve an accelerated time to market.

Kanan has more than 25 years of experience in practicing, consulting and training in Program and Project Management for clients in the United States and overseas in a variety of industries including: Information Technology, Telecommunication, Product Engineering, Electronics, Public Works, Transportation, Insurance, HealthCare, Bio-Technology and Pharmaceutical.

In 1992 Kanan founded Integrated Management Associates (IMA), a program management services firm. IMA’s seminar leaders and professional consultants have worked with numerous companies in the United States, South America, and Europe focusing on helping companies optimize their project / product development processes through the effective use of a variety of structured organizational and management processes, tools and techniques.

Kanan holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Wales, U.K. and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. He teaches project management through the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Corporate Education Center. He is a founding member of the Massachusetts chapter for the Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG). He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
