As the newest member of the WPI Career Development Center team, I am struck by the initiative and flexibility of our students who bring a distinctive combination of technical expertise and soft skills to the marketplace.

More and more employers are finding top talent at WPI and making use of our suite of recruiting services – including JobFinder, “Resume Books”, Career Fairs, and On-Campus Interviews to name a few. WPI events, such as career fairs, continue to break attendance records for both employers and students involved. It is crucial to engage WPI students early-on and frequently.
