Projects completed in 2020

In winter 2020, WPI project teams completed four projects under the guidance of faculty advisor Professor Lauren Mathews:

  • Improving resources and citizen science for controlling invasive frogs in Pacific Island parks
  • Designing an educational component for a coral reef wall installation
  • Linking past, present, and future: developing a strategic vision for the East Hawaii Cultural Center
  • Envisioning a World with Less Plastic: Determining the Feasibility of a Reusable Takeout Container System in Hilo, HI
