10 Week Healthy Herd Challenge

 

What’s the Ultimate Challenge About?

January 20-March 24 (Limited to 15 participants)

Program is for participants who:

  • Have tried diets and end up always back at square one.
  • Are looking for support for weight management.
  • Are looking to eat healthier.
  • Want more energy and motivation.
  • Want to reduce stress.
  • Are ready to commit to their health for a minimum of 10 weeks.

What Will you Benefit From?

  • 10 week calendar and guide with all information and tips.
  • Support from a personal trainer, dietitian and health and lifestyle coach.
  • Program will begin with goal setting, have before/after photo/measurements, and mid-term/final check-in.
  • Workouts from 12-1 p.m. in the Recreation Center Monday-Friday (or at a time on your own) led by Debbie Ofcarcik.
  • Guided meal plans/menus/shopping list recommendations and some general nutrition guidelines to select from and will confirm with Shavaun Cloran our Dietician.
  • There will be an opportunity to check in regarding meals/nutrition every other week with Shavaun Cloran.
  • There will be an opportunity to “check in with a coach” time (with Connie Aramento) once every other week to see how you are progressing and offer strategies, motivation and time management strategies.
  • A private facebook group to offer group support.
  • Journaling and keeping track of your progress through your own tech tool of choice such as myfitnesspal.
