Due to global concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it may impact travel and participants health and well-being, the IDS 2020 organizers, in consultation with Professors Arun Mujumdar (Honorary IDS Chairman) and Sakamon Devahastin (Secretariat of IDS) have made the difficult decision to once again postpone IDS 2020/IDS 2021 to the year 2022.
The IDS Organizing Committee has finalized the dates for IDS 2022. The symposium will begin on Sunday, June 26, 2022 (reception) and will conclude on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Similar to the plans for IDS 2020/IDS 2021, we will hold a Drying Workshop on Saturday, June 25 and the morning of Sunday, June 26, 2022. Please mark your calendars. We are looking forward to IDS 2022!
Papers that have been accepted for IDS 2020 and IDS 2021 will remain accepted for IDS 2022. However, the authors have the right to update their accepted papers for IDS 2022 or to withdraw their papers before August 31, 2021. Furthermore, the authors should feel free to submit their accepted IDS 2022 papers to Drying Technology now for potential publication, if they wish to do so.
New abstracts/paper submissions for IDS 2022 will be opened in the Fall of 2021.
Please feel free to contact Patricia Howe (email@example.com) if you have any questions. We are looking forward to seeing you at IDS 2022.
