Time: Adult classes are offered Mon-Sat with schedule determined by member between
- 5:45PM-7:45PM for Mon-Wed
- Thurs- 5PM-5:45PM
- Fri 10AM-10:45 AM
- Sat 10 AM to 10:45 AM
