In advance of National Library Week 2016, Gordon Library is pleased to partner once again with WPI Student Activities’ Community Service Center and Worcester Public Schools in the annual Worcester: The City that Reads book drive. This program promotes literacy by collecting new and gently used books to give to pre-kindergarten through 8th grade children with limited access to books outside of school.
This year, WPI community members donating five (5) or more books appropriate for early, middle, or young adult readers will be entered into a raffle for a Kindle Paperwhite, courtesy of WPI’s Student Activities Office (one entry per person please).
Books can be donated at Gordon Library during D term through April 16th.
Thank you for your support!
