The annual Robert Fellman Memorial Scholarship prize will be awarded to a WPI undergraduate student for the best essay written about the life or work of Charles Dickens. The prize is $100 cash. The winner is invited to present the essay at the April 2012 meeting of the Worcester chapter of the Charles Dickens Fellowship.
Deadline for submission is December 12, 2011, and the essay may be sent to email@example.com.
The scholarship was established in memory of Robert Fellman, who donated his Charles Dickens Collection to WPI in 1995. The collection includes rare first editions, novels in their original serialized parts, autograph letters, original illustrations, and many volumes by and about Dickens.
