ASM 2012 Honorary Membership Awarded to Dave Spencer

ASM International selected Dave Spencer to receive an ASM Honorary Membership in 2012. Honorary Membership in the Society was established in 1919 to recognize distinguished service to the materials profession, to ASM International, and to the progress of mankind. Dave is recognized for his “outstanding career in invention and entrepreneurship in materials manufacturing and recycling and his service in promoting effective government-industry collaborations.” He will be recognized this fall during ASM’s Awards Dinner at the MS&T 2012.
