WPI Recognized by National Academy of Engineering

WPI’s Great Problems Seminar (GPS) was among 29 undergraduate engineering programs recognized by The National Academy of Engineering (NAE) in the report “Infusing Real World Experiences into Engineering Education.”  WPI Professors Diran Apelian (NAE member and Director of MPI) and Svetlana Nikitina of Humanities and Arts, along with Kristen Wobbe, Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies nominated WPI for this important recognition to promote awareness of WPI’s innovative real-world experience in engineering education.  For the full WPI press release, read National Academy Recognizes WPI in New Report.
