Gina Gallagher Pharmacy Technician
“my life is worth less because I’m already there”
Summary of Interview
Gina Gallagher is a pharmacy technician at her local CVS and a barista at her local Dunkin’ Donuts. Both of her jobs require in person contact with customers, especially when distributing prescriptions. Gina deals with many customers who seem not care about her and her coworkers well-being which makes her feel as though “my life is worth less because I’m already there”. Gina is concerned with many peoples’ blasé attitude towards the virus, which she attributes to a lack of education about the virus. She hopes that in the future, people are more informed about how to act during crises and governments take potential pandemics seriously from day one.
