Abstract: Our project aims to create a better understanding of winter climate impacts in the city of Worcester by analyzing historical winter weather events, assessing critical infrastructure vulnerabilities, areas and populations most at risk of winter climate events, establishing social and infrastructure vulnerability indexes, examining current resilience planning efforts in comparable cities, reviewing climate projections and proposing policy recommendations to improve the climate resilience of the city of Worcester.
