Abstract: The Port Phillip EcoCentre located in Melbourne, Australia mission aligns with the urgency to address climate change through education and outreach. This project presents the opportunity to assist the EcoCentre in maximizing its impact of expanding environmental advocacy by informing its 2024 Strategic Plan. To aid the Port Phillip EcoCentre’s strategic planning efforts, our team conducted an analysis of ecocentres worldwide, identified patterns in program survey data, categorized partnerships, and conducted stakeholder interviews. Additionally, our team compiled video clips from interviews with participants involved with the EcoCentre. Overall, the findings highlight the importance for the EcoCentre to focus on reducing community greenhouse emissions and collecting data on its carbon footprint.
