I am currently studying engineering tools for exposure analysis at the wildland-urban interface (WUI) for a project funded by CAL FIRE. Right now, my research focuses on understanding convection and radiative heat transfer mechanisms in spontaneous and piloted ignition phenomena involving various types of fuels and configurations.
