Events like these only happen through the support of dedicated volunteers like you! We, along with all the teams, sincerely appreciate your willingness to give your time to help them celebrate all they have done and learned.
Parking
- Parking is available in the WPI Park Ave Garage.
- As you drive towards the parking garage, you want to proceed to the far end (closest to the football field).
- Permit/decal is not required during this event.
Entrance
- Upon arrival, you may proceed into Harrington or the Sports and Rec Center.
- For elevator access, use the ramp on the right. You may also proceed up the staircase or the ramp on the left.
Roles & Expectations
Depending on your assigned roles, you will have different expected attendance times and reporting locations. General guidance is below based on your assigned role.
- Report to Harrington Auditorium Main Floor
- Arrive between 9-10AM on Saturday, between 8-8:30AM on Sunday.
- Can depart around 6PM Saturday, 3PM Sunday
- Bring comfortable shoes & a positive attitude!
- Report to Sports & Rec Center 4th Floor
- Arrive between 8:30-9AM on Saturday. Sunday info – see Judge Advisor
- Can depart around 5PM on Saturday
- Bring comfortable shoes & a positive attitude!
- Report to Harrington Auditorium
- Arrive between 9-10AM on Saturday, between 8-8:30AM on Sunday.
- Can depart around 6PM Saturday, 3PM Sunday
- Bring comfortable shoes & a positive attitude!
- Report to Harrington Auditorium
- Arrive by 9AM on Friday/Saturday/Sunday
- Can depart at 4PM Fri, 6PM Sat, 2PM Sunday
- Bring comfortable shoes & a positive attitude
- Report to Harrington Auditorium Main Floor
- Arrive by 2PM on Saturday (earlier help needed also), by 8:30AM on Sunday.

- Setup on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.
- Teardown on Sunday starting around 5PM
- Bring comfortable shoes & a positive attitude!
- Lunch will be provided daily for volunteers. We will try our best to have dietary and allergen friendly options. If you are unable to eat what is provided, let the VC know right away and we will get you another option!
- Snacks and drinks are available for free for volunteers throughout the day from the concession stand.
- An event t-shirt and name badge will be provided to each volunteer. You must be wearing both at all times when at the event so you may clearly be identified by teams and other staff.
