Summer Youth Employment Initiative in Chelsea, MA

Title: An Evaluation of the Chelsea Collaborative Summer Youth Employment Initiative

The goal of this project was to assess Chelsea Collaborative’s Summer Youth Employment Initiative (SYEI), which serves at-risk youth to provide a set of recommendations that can be used to improve their program. By completing our research objectives, we provided:

  • A set of recommendations to improve the Summer Youth Employment Initiative program
  • A tool for that the Chelsea collaborative can use to analyze data
  • A video highlighting the program’s impact on the Chelsea community.
