WPI Fitness Competition: A Team Challenge for faculty and staff
April 1st – April 30th
Sponsored by the Healthy Herd
Step 1: Sign up for a team! Each team will have a captain who will guide and motivate you along the way. You can create your own team and designate a captain, or you can sign up for a team that already exists. Teams will have no more than 5 people, including the captain.
Step 2: For each day of April that you exercise for 30 minutes or more, you will earn one point. Bonus points can be earned for working out on campus or with your teammates. You will be responsible for logging your own points through this Qualtrics Survey.
Step 3: Claim your prizes! Prizes will be awarded to teams with the most points after 10, 20, and 30 days.

I would like to join a team and hopefully find one where the participants will be able to come in for 6:00AM or 6:15AM at least 2-3 days per week.
If there is currently a team like this that I could join, please let me know.
Or if there are others that might be interested in joining a team with me, I’d be happy to start one.

Is anyone out there interested in starting a First Thing In The Morning Team?
I usually like to work out by 6am or 6:15am, work out for 45 minutes, hop in the shower, and then trek on over to my office.
