Our article is “Facial-Recognition Software Might Have a Racial Bias Problem” by Clare Garvie and Johnathan Frankle. This article is similar to those in classes and focuses on the idea of Facial Identification and possible biases/inaccuracies which were unintentionally created in the program during the development process. Truth from Science

This video, entitled “A scientific approach to the paranormal” touches upon science and truth, an idea that has been discussed heavily.  It focuses on what we believe, the nature of science, and the “inner and outer truth” as Carrie Poppy describes them.  I thought it was an interesting approach to some of the STS ideas.
