The Nanomaterials & Nanomanufacturing Laboratory (NNL) is part of the Materials Science and Engineering Program in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. It was founded in 2005 and has been growing rapidly ever since. Current research and education carried out in this laboratory focuses on nano and molecular sciences and technologies, interface phenomena at micro and nanoscales, and sustainable energy.
