About the project:

One of the requirements for an electric vehicle is the ability to take out the battery. Because the battery weights a lot, the club needed to design a tool that can be used to maneuver the battery into place.

The solution was to modify a car jack so that it can support the battery without tipping, while allowing users to roll the device under the car.

The project was first designed in CAD, then constructed by club members.
