Recruiter’s Toolbox: Information Sessions

Filed in Recruiter's Toolbox by on November 29, 2011

Being visible on the WPI campus is essential to managing the reputation of your company’s brand to the WPI students that you are trying to recruit. Many forums such as job postings, career fairs, and on-campus recruiting (OCR), help your organization find and filter the talent that is best for your company.

One of the best ways to educate students about your company is through a Company Information Session. Typically held in the evenings after student classes, Company Information Sessions are designed to give employers a forum with interested students. Company representatives walk students through organizational information, growth, technology, expectations, and typical job opportunities.

By working with the WPI Career Development Center staff, you can customize this Company Information Session in length, formality, and setup to best suit your goals. For more information, please contact our office at 508-831-5260 or employer@cdc.edu.
