Mindfulness

This program involves 6 meetings, once per week and involves light homework and one phone interview.  There is a tremendous amount of evidence to support mindfulness and meditation practices in myriad domains.  As a result, the reasons individuals are drawn to explore these practices are varied.  For some individuals it’s the desire to focus on academics, sports, or other professional performance.  For others, it is to support work on a particular health concern, reduce stress, or simply feel a greater sense of balance.  For more information, visit our website.
