ASM Roundtable Features Diran Apelian

Diran Apelian, WPI Professor and Director of the Metal Processing Institute (MPI), and four other ASM thought leaders were featured in the November-December 2013 issue of am&p (Advanced Materials & Processes), an ASM publication. The special roundtable focused on what the next 100 years of materials science and engineering might look like. Discussions revolved around materials engineering R&D, the Materials Genome Initiative and Integrated Computational Materials Engineering, additive manufacturing, nanotechnology, and humanity’s grand challenges.
