The Major Qualifying Project (MQP) is a high-level research project all WPI students complete.

2020-2021

  • Development of Needle Intervention System with Mirror Ultrasound Imaging.
    The Robotics Engineering Best Poster Award, Introduction Video
  • An Ultrasound Probe that Requires No Topical Gel on the Skin (with co-advisor Prof. Adam Lammert, sponsored by Dr. Robert Meislin, NYU).
  • Development of a gynecologic laparoscopic trainer (sponsored by Dr. Kelsey Mantoni, UMMS).

2019-2020

  • Ultrasound sensing based prosthetic control (with co-advisor Prof. Greg Fischer).
  • Ultrasound imaging of tissue engineering bioreactor (with co-advisor Prof. Marsha Rolle).
    The Honorable Mention, BME Provost’s Award.

2018-2019

  • Ultrasound knee measurement group, (served as co-advisor, led by Prof. Karen Troy).
