This intergenerational event for area high school women in grades 9-11, their champions, and teachers, will inspire the next generation of young women in STEM to be scientists, mathematicians, and engineers who are eager to solve the problems in our communities and the world.
Registration: open October 1 – 21, 2023
Space is limited to 25 educators and 50 student/champion teams. Don’t miss out!

Bring your Champion
A Champion is an adult female who will support the student in their academic journey (mother, aunt, grandmother, older cousin, etc.).
*if your champion is unavailable you can still register! We will match you with a mentoring team:)
Students and Champions will participate in hands-on workshops related to the research of WPI women faculty and graduate students as well as take part in a team design challenge. They will work alongside and learn from successful women in STEM at WPI as they take part in activities designed to highlight how STEM is essential to taking care of the world we live in.
Educators (teachers and guidance counselors) will participate in a professional development workshop and earn PD hours and join students and champions for a hands-on workshop and design challenge.
A light breakfast and a boxed lunch are included.
