Don’t see your course site?

You should have access to a Canvas course site for a particular course within 24 hours of registering for the course, unless the instructor has chosen to make the site unavailable. Use of Canvas by instructors is optional.

You should check with your instructor FIRST if the site is not available. If they have chosen to use Canvas, please confirm with them when the site will be made available to students.

If the course site has been made available to students, and you are still unable to access it, then you may not be appropriately registered. Please check your registration in Workday or with the Registrar’s Office.

Immediate help is available 9am-5pm from Canvas technical support.  Log into and click on the Help button in the left hand menu. You may live chat (fastest response!), call, or email Canvas.
