Activities Fair!
I wanted to reach out and let you know that SIAM will be at the Activities Fair on, 8/24, from 3:30-5:00 pm on the Quad! We will have some goodies at our table to give out and would love to see some members stop by and say hello!

SIAM and AWM will be having a joint seminar speaker on October 26th at 4 pm over Zoom! We are lucky to have Dr. Genetha Gray coming to talk to us about Using Math Skills to Build a Career in Data Science! All are welcome!
SIAM Seminar Series – Modeling March Madness
Interested in learning more about how March Madness works mathematically? SIAM is excited to announce that on Thursday, February 24th from 4:00-5:00 pm we will be having Dr. Sheldon H. Jacobson coming to give a talk over Zoom! He will be discussing ‘Modeling March Madness’. Please check out the flyer for an abstract and more information on the talk.
