Stewart Lab participates in virtual 2021 TouchTomorrow Festival

The Stewart Lab put together interactive video demonstrations for kids grade K-12. This included interactive worksheets for different age groups covering a range of topics related to the Stewart Lab research. This included topics like the work of chemical engineering researchers, bacterial biofilms, infection, and the day in the life of a research scientist.

Lily and Sydney receive Honorable Mention in NSF GRFP Competition

Lily and Sydney received honorable mentions in the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program competition. They worked very hard on their applications and this is very exciting for the Stewart Lab.
