For our Interactive Qualifying Project, our team worked with the Coalition for a Healthy Greater Worcester to develop an online dashboard that displays public health data in a user-friendly and engaging way.
Project Sponsor: Coalition for a Healthy Greater Worcester
The Coalition for a Healthy Greater Worcester is a local nonprofit focused on developing and improving community health initiatives for Worcester and several other nearby towns. Check out their website to learn more about their work: https://www.healthygreaterworcester.org/
Our team consists of four WPI students: Zachary Harris, Srikar Nekkanti, Logan O’Donnell, and Sam Furman.
Our team worked to develop a user-friendly dashboard to consolidate community health information on various health indicators in an engaging format to serve the greater Worcester area. This served the dual purpose of providing lawmakers and healthcare leadership with the information required to make effective decisions on community health, as well as to assist the public with finding vital health data.
