DoughBoyz: Redesigning the DoughBoyz Website

Project Description:

The goal of our project was to help Justin Amevor identify the best way to grow his mission driven company, DoughBoyz, and apply improvements for his website to support his growth.

Project Sponsor:

DoughBoyz is a growing business with hunger relief, sustainability, and social justice in mind. Its founder initiated the idea of this business in 2016 during his undergraduate career at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, MA. The DoughBoyz mission is to tackle food insecurity by serving breakfast meals to paying customers and individuals in need alike, starting on a local scale and eventually spreading to surrounding communities.

Student Researchers:

Zihang Chen is an IMGT (interactive media & game design tech) major student with previous web project experiences. He placed his best effort into building upon the current DoughBoyz website that will support this project.

Jessica Goode is a chemical engineering student. She does not have much experience with web design, but she was willing to learn more. She was excited to get started and work with DoughBoyz!

Lia is a Biology and Biotechnology major. She finds DoughBoyz’s mission very inspiring and had a great time working with our sponsor!

Ivan Klevanski is a Computer Science major with a fair amount of experience in web development, primarily in HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript. He was really excited to be working on this project!
