Training and Preparation

• Early October – Game Jam Announcement, Training Available
• Office Hours (Discord) – updated weekly
  • Saturday and Sunday Nov 7-8
    • 12-4PM ET
  • Monday – Friday Nov 9-13
    • 4-7 PM ET
  • Saturday Nov 14
    • 12-4PM ET

Registration

• Team Leaders should complete their registration prior to the Game Jam starting to ensure they receive up-to-date information.
• Since every member of your team MUST complete a registration form for your submission to be considered, deadline to receive individual forms will be 11:59PM ET on November 16th.

More broadcasts and Expert AMAs will be added as we get closer

• November 7th – Game Jam Kickoff and Broadcast (Twitch)
  • 12:30PM ET – Kickoff Broadcast & Prompt Release
  • 1:00PM ET – Game Development Expert Panel Discussion
• November 15th at 6PM ET – Submissions due
• November 15th at 8PM ET – Game Jam Closing Broadcast (Twitch)

Judging

• November 16th – Submissions divided and assigned to Judges
• November 17th – December 16th – Judging Rounds
• December 17th at 9PM ET- Awards Announcement and Broadcast
