Congratulations Alexis Wood on the 2024 Provost’s MQP Award

The PW program is pleased to announce that the winner of the Provost’s MQP Award for the most outstanding project in Professional Writing for 2024 is Alexis Wood for the project titled The Rhetorical Construction of the ‘Chemical Imbalance Theory,’ and the Potential for Gut-Centric Alternatives, advised by Shana Lessing. Congratulations, Alexis!

We would also like to congratulate the runners up for the following PW categories:

  • Rhetoric and Society: Congratulations Jia Yazon for the project titled Environmental Rhetoric and Social Media, advised by Sarah Riddick.
  • Health and Medicine: Congratulations Lauren Averka, Kellie Bushe, Kylie Doehring, and Kelly Heffernan for the project titled Partnering With The United States Department of Treasury To Implement an American Rescue Plan Act Grant At Free Medical Programs, advised by Brent Faber.
  • Technical Communication: Congratulations Caroline McLaughlin for the project titled Creating a Marketing Plan for the WPI Project Engagement Portal, advised by Kevin Lewis.
