Technical note – the Surface tablet I am using while traveling now in CT is quite nice, but evidently not a perfect match with WordPress so that some silly stuff, like embedding links and positioning photos, is difficult or impossible, so the blog looks clunky for both technical reasons and because I’m still developing my basic blogging chops. I’ll make some fixes soon. Though that said, upon logging in this time the WordPress interface looks different and the linking function seems to be working, so good news on the technical front.

Non-technical note: I’ve not been posting as often as I’d hope, but… still hoping, and still welcoming others to post (and more importantly, actually doing some writing, right now, now gone).
