2013 Projects

In B term 2013, Professors Fred Looft and Brigitte Servatius advised six student teams conducting projects with ReMain Nantucket and the Nantucket Planning & Zoning Office, the Community Foundation of Nantucket, the Nantucket Public Schools, the Nantucket Energy Office, the Nantucket IT Department, and the Nantucket Natural Resources Department.

We would like to thank all our project sponsors for making these collaborative research opportunities available to our students.  We would also like to thank Harvey Young of Young’s Bicycle Shop for graciously providing advisors and students with bicycles for the duration of their stay.  We would also like to thank Janet Schulte and her staff at the Maria Mitchell Association for providing student accommodation.
