Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coalition
The Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coalition is a group of 30 member communities formed to work together to address municipal stormwater management. As neighbors, the 30 communities share stormwater systems, surface water resources, and the need to ensure the long-term protection of these resources. Working as a group allows the Coalition to collectively protect the resources they share, and to meet the requirements of the MS4 Permit in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
