Hi all!

Welcome to my blog! I’m a senior at WPI majoring in Biology and Biotechnology with a Pre-Health concentration. I am from Quincy, MA and on campus. I am a Peer Advisor at the Career Development Center. That means if any of you have any questions, comments or suggestions feel free to stop me around campus and share. I am also the Chair of the Senior Board, and am involved in Mu Sigma Delta (Pre-Health Society) as well as Acitive Minds.

Last year (B-term) I was in Costa Rica for my IQP (Interactive Qualifying Project), and had a blast. Over the summer I worked in Boston in a molecular biology lab at Mass General Hospital. I worked with frog extracts to determine which mRNA localized to spindle poles and why? It was a great learning experience.

This year I will be completing my undergraduate requirements, and hopefully doing a fantastic MQP (Major Qualifying Project). I am really excited/anxious for my last year here at WPI, and can’t wait to make it the best one before I leave.

That’s all for now! Feel free to stop by if you’re ever wondering what is going on at the CDC, what senior class events are being held, MQP, or WPI life in general!
