Brief Project  Description:

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has adopted a new priority to address Climate Adaptation by encouraging the use of Distributed Resources to modernize the grid and provide a resilient electric infrastructure. Distributed Resources include on-site solar, wind, and combined heat and power, as well as electric storage, smart inverters, and grid integrated electric vehicles.  The project’s goal to is to evaluate the application process for the DOER Community Clean Energy Resiliency Initiative and identify issues faced by the applicants, eligible entities and the DOER.
