- Surrounding families clean toilets themselves when necessary
- Reason: otherwise water runs into their houses when municipality cleans it
- Cleaned on an as needed basis
- 20-25 families share these toilets
- Residents who do not have access to keys are generally not happy with this system
- 2 families from section L use these
- There are 6 keys existing to these locks, residents who need to use the toilet go and find them
