Our team approached this project through the use of Shared Action Learning (SAL), and Participatory Development and Adaption Process (PDAP). Drawing on these approaches our team worked with the governing body of the Little Paradise Educare Centre located in Flamingo Heights, Lansdowne, community partners, and local NGO’s to drive forward progress with registration and sustainable funding. Using this approach, our Mission Statement and Objectives were continuously evolving. Ethical Considerations were also taken into account.
