Reblocking involves many different stakeholders including the community, NGO’s, local organisations, and government departments. Each of these parties have assets and resources that may address the weaknesses of others.  In order to balance each party’s agenda’s and resources in Flamingo Crescent, representatives from each group met regularly.  Additionally, these meetings gave us the opportunity to organize and share all information and relevant documents.
