Act 3: Breaking Ground

Introduction

After a lot of planning and deliberating, it was finally time to break ground on the crèche. We joined forces with Terrance, the crèche contractor from ISN, to layout the drainage and plumbing for the lot. This week was filled with manual labor and collaboration between all of the different sponsors. Unfortunately installing the pipes for the drainage plan took longer than expected, spanning over several days requiring the lot to be re-cleared each time. This allowed the team to see just how crucial it is to plan construction phases around the environment of Flamingo.
